I have Magnus + burgundy, and my transfer ratio was showing 10:1 for a while but it switched to 5:2 today, I guess something is changing?

Posters have reported existing points are showing a ratio of 5:2 but they already have a Magnus with Burgundy account.

So I expect that future spends only on the new Magnus Burgundy card from next month will get 5:4 ratio and not the existing points you have accumulated, which should continue to get 5:2 ratio

Don't think it's related. I have a prepaid meal card and got similar message.

Due to system maintenance, you will be unable to use Axis Bank Prepaid Card for any txn on 16-09-2023 from 21:00 IST to 21:45 IST. Regret the inconvenience.

And one old message for credit card.

See attached. People have received this email stating that accumulated reward points will also be eligible for a transfer ratio of 5:4. So let’s be hopeful.

Only the member who has an existing Magnus card will get the new Magnus burgundy card.
the other joint holders who don't have any Magnus card will not get anything.

Also there is no extra charge for the new Magnus Burgundy card provided you already paid the fees for the old Magnus card for this year.
For renewals from 1 Sep 2024 onwards, the new Magnus Burgundy card will be chargeable at 14750, with no vouchers or airticket given as compensation
