Just in case you planning to take both -> once you get Select's welcome benefit of ERs....convert that at 5:4 when you have Magnus as well!

There's not much benefit of the SELECT (it gives 20 ER points on retail shopping, not much else other than that) card if you manage to get MAGNUS,

If you don't have burgundy
Your points will be transferrable at 5:2
And accor is 10:1 if I am not wrong

transfer ratio is 5:2 and it is same for accor, i transferred recently. 3000 ER translates to 1200 ALL that is 1200 x 1.8 = 2160 INR.
effective returns if transferred to accor is 21.6%

For non burgundy:
base reward will be 6%(actual money) for 5x and if we convert the 5x points to accor it will still get 21.6% value.

Traveledge prices are 5-7% costlier is what I have heard compared to the cheapest flights available via Skyscanner.
