You need to use the same card which got you 30000 points recently , that went into current Edge Reward bucket , so that new points also go into the same bucket. If in doubt do same amount transaction in both the cards

188/12 = 15.66 x 200 = 3132 INR
But .66 will never be calculated so I can

spend 3000/-
Or
spend 3200/-

get 192 ER then the balance will be 112+192 = 302 ER which I can initiate but I'll be left with 02 ER after transfer.

To get to Zero ER I a challenge

But your screen shot shows balance 132 points in Edge Rewards. Check again

How do I transfer edge Miles, when I got to the transfer section I only get to see this. I don't know How to transfer Edge Miles.

Yes This problem of odd number of points in MB balance will happen only when you received AEP already ( for September?) . All the points credited into MB are always in multiples of 12 , and hence before doing the first transfer from MB bucket , one must ensure the balance rounds off to the nearest Hundred ( in multiple of 300) . If the balance after transfer is also maintained in multiple of 300 then any new additional ER credits for BM will not be difficult to make balance to the nearest Hundreds by doing a single purchase . Until the AEP points for October kick in the second week of December 🤣.
In any case I heard they are working on including another radio button during points transfer , so that you have a choice to select between normal ER and BM points very soon, but transfer ratio may not be the same.

The trick is to keep the balance points always in multiples of 12. So when you do a transfer always try do it in multiples of 300. For example if the balance was 528 , then you should do a transfer for 300 only and not 400 or 500 points , so that the balance ( 228) is also remains in multiples of 12.

I am also using payzap to pay hdfc credit card bills for one month , using Burgundy debit card and getting 1% ER points , which can be converted using 5:2 ratio to Airlines partners 👍

Yes mostly in 3 or 4 days . Though it failed first time in October and I raised a ticket for the same . After that I made 3 payments and all went through in around 3 days time.

So you must have got additional 2280 points to your earlier 132 points for a balance of 2412 . But you transferred 2300 instead of 2400 ??

They asked me first to wait for 4 days ( standard wait time for them before they take action) as the message was showing transaction in progress. But they did respond immediately within a day for ticket updating status . But after that immediately they refunded the amount ( may be 5 days from transaction date) . Also I got ER points from Axis Burgundy card for the failed transaction , as money was deducted. Points not reversed so far though amount got returned !

From another friend who raised this issue with them. I think they are saying it is a (transitional ) feature to enable old Magnus points to be transferred at 5:4 ( as per promise in FAQ) till the milestone and AEP points for old card are credited . But this feature is badly needed any way , as we cannot decide from which bucket to tranfer . If many of us raise it as a serious issue by escalating , they will surely implement it soon.

Unfortunately once you transfer magnus points you can there after transfer ER. But once you get points back to ER due to milestone or bonus then you cannot transfer magnus. That's the loop I am stuck in.

I see no point in making Edge Rewards to 0. As burgundy customers we get ER for even receiving money in bank account in excess of 1 lac (100 ER).......which I think most of us will receive somewhere down the line.

Also we receive 2ER/200 if in case we happen to pay using burgundy debit card......like credit card bills through payzapp etc.

Also all Grabdeals, Gyftr, traveledge etc will give you accelerated ERs not MB. So this cycle of emptying buckets will continue for a very long time.
