That’s a secured card against FD and it is generally hard to get Infinia by this route anyway.

Anyone getting this error on Travel edge while transferring points..showing the balance as 0. Edge Reward tab shows the correct balance. Axis CC is saying that it is an issue for many users where transfer of points to Magnus Burgundy has not happened properly. They said this issue will resolve for all by 31st Jan.

when you click on traveledge tab..on the traveledge tab it shows 0 points for 3 buckets (ER, MB, EM)

It was not (just) a browser issue though but something from their backend.
It got resolved yesterday (or day before). No confirmation from axis but many folks were noticing that .

Is anyone having issues with converting accelerated reward points to miles at 5:4? In my case, only base points are being shown for conversion at 5:4. I called customer care and email to premium services, getting standard reply to wait till 31st Jan.

No. Planning to call after 24th Jan once my salary for Jan is credited. Started getting salary in Axis Burgundy savings account from December, So waiting for 2nd salary credit.

Try with number which is lower than both. For example, if you have 5060 ER and 2102 BM. Try transferring something less than 2102 which is the lowest across both buckets.
