Magnus Reward Points No received

Hi...

I received Magnus 2 months back and 2 statements were generated with a 1 lakh+ bill for each statement.

But I didn't receive reward points and milestone points for both months.

To whom do I need to reach

Points are credited within 90 to 120 days after transaction
Milestone points are credited after 120 days

Regular ER are credited within how many days ?

Normally it takes long and the interval is unpredictable; but for the last 1.5 months it is happening within 2-8 days

Max 12 working days but right now axis is credited in 2-3 days from the transaction at max.

I just received normal ER for transactions made on 25th and 26th Dec

received 1X and travel edge 5x ER, spends done in 21-24 dec.
