so on 29th april i paid idfc cc bill via sbiunipay using my idfc wealth dc and received 2.67 RP but on 74,000 trnx i received no RP yet. i paid 74k something on 3rd May 2024.
so earlier i thought i paid my infinia bill using idfc dc but i didn't paid using that i paid using hdfc dc though. so hence that 2.67 Point is for IDFC CC Payment but why didn't i receive no RP yet on 3rd May 2024? is it IDFC Credit Point After a month?

I just checked the activity…I have received welcome 2k points but did not points for my last few transactions!!
What I can guess, this is because of capping of max 8k points in a month, which includes welcome 2k points also.

now trnx did on 27th may i have received today which was shocking it was cause CS said next time you don't have call us it will tracked automatically so 14 days before i got the credit that amazing so i wished my earlier trnx didn't failed.

i paid last bill on 27th may and i received point already and another trnx was failed so till now i haven't used sbi unipay but i friend paid 74k using his hdfc dc for his blackbiz card and i didn't ask he got point on that or not and even on hdfc dc on hdfc netbanking i haven't received RP so everywhere i have paid got NO RP yet! so paid cc bills and got nothing in return so.. thing aren't that good so you need to take a risk and pay. if failed refund will come that not a issue but RP might be credited after 30-35 days so pay and check.

It work for any cc paid via idfc dc or hdfc dc upto 750 pm I haven't paid any of bills via sbi unipay though recently.

I am trying to go from idfc first app, search for my reward points and then it says sorry die to technical issues cannot open this..

Just check if my reward portal is blocked or is there really a technical issue with everyone.. coz i am getting this error from apst 6+ hours
