Magnus Transaction declined

I tried to pay rent 20,000 rs using axis magnus using Freecharge and NOBROKER. But transaction got declined due to security reasons. Any idea how it works.

Luckily I just did 50k rent pay using CRED and it went through smoothly

They declined mine for 19k in catering service link! Not rent payment, I think they afraid of 25000 edge points

alternatively, can we use axis vistara card to make the rent payment?
