March 2023 | Best Credit Cards for Wallet Loads after devaluation

Please Refer this they not giving on wallet reload
But in credit card page they clearly mentioned that 'wallet' transactions also earns cashback points. I can only confirm once my cahsback points gets credited. I only have 7-8 transactions in my Millennia CC this month, so can cross verify whether wallet transactions got any points or not once they get credited.

I just had a long call with phone banking executive and they repeatedly confirmed that we will get 1% cashback for wallet reloads and EMI conversions as well. Whom should we trust.?

This is an old revision of 2017? Dafuq? 2017? Haha

Anyway here's the revision as of 2023, you will get 1% on wallet loads.

My question is do we get reward points on loading PayZapp?

Second when we use the PayZapp card to make transaction for example in amazon or uber will get 5% for using PayZapp card? Or do we not get any thing from PayZapp

Third fine if only get cashback from millennia that too 1% for wallet loads. Can I use axis ace for 2% instead? Or do axis ace won't give anything for wallet loads?

I don't think they will exclude their own product from cashbacks. As for 5% from PayZapp wallet prepaid card, I haven't read anything about it anywhere. Only PayZapp transactions done with HDFC credit and debit cards are eligible as far as I know. Also Axis Ace gives 2% on wallet reloads?

Amex Plat Travel and MRCC are the best cards for me to load wallet. I have 2-3 KYC wallets and use these cards to load 8-12K per month in total
Can you kindly share which wallets you are using to load them and any charges if you are incurring in these loads? Thanks.

AmazonPay ICICI gives 1% on wallet loading. Working fine so far in "Paytm Wallet" (exact name in statements), and can confirm the same for Payzapp wallet.

share your statement screenshot, will see actual rewards w.r.t actual spends. You should check with support for this, you'll get missing 1%.
Will experiment with my apay card in payzapp once the new app access i get

I load only Paytm wallets via uber using Amex cards. When you load via Uber or Zomato, there are no charges upto 4K per month load value via Uber / Zomato. Beyond 4K it will throw up errors and not allow you to load.

Alternatively, you can avail discounts on Paytm also it ranges from ~2% cashback on loading via CC, but there you will have to pay charges and take cashback later on. I guess this works if you dont transfer the money back to bank. If you do this, money loading charges increase and loads via Uber / Zomato are also blocked for 90 days

Please send that request again (in case if you still not believe it) and let me know if you receive same reply, not all executives aware about all cards features and none of them have patience to read our mail. That is a generic response they sent to you applicable all other HDFC cards unfortunately either you have not highlighted your "Millennia" in your mails or they missed thinking that is a normal card.
I will be wait for next month let see what happens
Thank For Your Clarification 🙏
