Points earned in November were credited to Marriott yesterday, but I didn't get 5x bonus points.

Normal points for November have been credited to my Bonvoy account but not the 5x bonus points as per the special offer. Anyone know when these will be credited? Or has everyone got the bonus points credited already?

These are standard T&C which is applicable to base points. They credited bonus points along with base points in the month of October, but for November bonus points are missing.

After writing to customer care about this, this is what they have said:

Dear Mr. XXX,

Thank you for writing to us.

This is with reference to your e-mail dated December XX, 2024 regarding 5x Bonus Points Missing on HDFC Marriott Bonvoy Credit Card.

On receipt of your email we have liaised with our concern team and we wish to inform you that for the month of November '2024, 5X Reward Points were not posted to account due to some tech issue. The pending Reward Points will be credited to the account post generation of statement in January '2025

This is really unacceptable. I am thinking of escalating further to get some compensation. Is it worth it?
