Issue Resolved Massive drop in credit limit for HDFC cards

Just noticed massive drop in credit limits for my HDFC cards. It is less than 10% of what it was. Anyone else facing it?

From how much to how much it was reduced?
What was your approximate usage on the last
1) 2 years
2) 1 year
3) 6 months
What was your declared annual income that was recorded in the hdfc credit card account?

Card only one and half month old. Last bill more than current limit. Gave payslip more than requirement in September. Above 50 L.

Have fd and saving more than 20 times of current limit. 😁

happens if you either overspend or transact heavily on a single merchant or category like wallet, utility or anything like that.

None of above applicable.

I'm languishing at 4.8 lakhs on regalia since 3 years, trying to cross 5 lakhs, I hope they don't axe my limit now , not much if a user, trying to get a DCB or Infinia so that it could be competitive enough with my other cards

After some to and fro emails, this got resolved.

They just didn't restore but increased limit by about 30%. Thanks.

For me it was 1.52 L to 11.72 L 😛 😀 🙂

Heart-breaking reality. This was a glitch. Those buggers reverted it back to 1.52.
Both Swiggy and Neu Infinity went back to 1.52L. Rest in Peace.

Atleast they didn't reduce limit like earlier. Should be happy about that though
