wierd things happening with them.

morning they blocked my card for overspending (it is a new card, got it last week),
I have been using Swiggy HDFC for last 1 year, asked them for limit increase many times, but ususal reply - send the income proofs + LE forms to chennai.
Rejected my request to make Neu infinity as LTF
and finally now i see credit limit is just wow..

We wish to clarify that the credit limit on the card account has been reviewed on the basis of the credit limit assessment which is periodically done by the bank based upon internal parameters and guidelines on card usage.

It happens if you either overspend or transact heavily on a single merchant or category like wallet, utility or anything like that.

The only solution is to justify your spends and send income documents for limit enhancement. No need to send physical letter, emailing them with all required documents would also work.
