Magnus gives "Edge Rewards" and Atlas gives "Edge Miles" so the conversion ratios will not be interchanged. Edge rewards and Edge miles will be shown separately. So Magnus Edge rewards will convert to airmiles at 5:4 only and Atlas edge miles at 1:2

I just increased my magnus limit from 5 to 9 lakhs using payslip and bank statement by sending an email to Premium.Experience@axisbank.com. the whole activity just took 3 days, a good turn around time by axis

I took a manual LE too using same way
From 10 lakh to 15 lakh

Few more things you can try

1. Apply from another number of your family member if the Airtel offer shows up but use your PAN
2. Apply by calling CCare and ask them to upgrade your card but retaining any of your other existing card( what that means is upgrade and retaining existing card)
3. You can try checking with your nearby branch to initiate a offline process for AIRTEL card, stating customer care told to do this OFFLINE process

Initially, they claimed that Airtel Axis cards were no longer issued. However, when I mentioned receiving an invitation through my Airtel App, their stance changed, and they stated that they are no longer allowed to process Airtel cards. They insisted that the application must be completed through the Airtel App.

I also tried visiting different branches, but encountered the same outcome - they were unable to process the application. Perhaps if I had offered to make some investments, it might have worked! 😂

A few months ago, it was possible to apply through customer care, but they no longer process such requests.

Keep trying and one customer care with a right knowledge might process it, if Luck is there. (Not sure any restriction on airtel is there)

Otherwise, ask them to connect to the Floor Manager and see if they can assist you. They will be mostly seasoned people.
