Points 2 and 3 are no longer effective. I attempted multiple times through customer care, and one representative even provided false information. Initially, they claimed that Airtel Axis cards were no longer issued. However, when I mentioned receiving an invitation through my Airtel App, their stance changed, and they stated that they are no longer allowed to process Airtel cards. They insisted that the application must be completed through the Airtel App.
I also tried visiting different branches, but encountered the same outcome - they were unable to process the application. Perhaps if I had offered to make some investments, it might have worked! 😂
A few months ago, it was possible to apply through customer care, but they no longer process such requests.
