Mercure icon singapore city centre

Hi I am planning a trip to Singapore in April. Booked at ibis machperson but some reviews are bad. No recognition of Accor status dirty rooms etc. some are good. Found a new hotel (just slight point difference ) mercure icon city centre with no reviews. Does anyone have any idea about it
Will there be food at restaurant.
what are breakfast options in Singapore or better to book room with breakfast

IHG Holiday inn city centre is good. U will find the full hotel with Indian

Mercure Icon is in Chinatown. Indian food options might be limited.

You can check Novotels, especially Novotel Singapore Kitchener, which is bang in Little India. Also it is better to book with breakfast as it will be cheaper comparatively
