Yes but she sent mail from official axis id and mentioned that as you have applied during offer period, you are eligible

anyways she is denying to process it as 4th card so i have to think whether i should go or not

You need to use 30000 Lufthansa miles for one way flight to or from Europe.
Use the book award flight tab on the Lufthansa miles and more mobile app.
Don't book on the Lufthansa website.

That will extract Rs. 19000 value for 30000 miles@63.33 paisa
25663 one way revenue fare = 30000 miles + 6663 taxes
So 30000 miles = Rs.19000@63.33 paisa

Very difficult to extract more than 66 Paisa per mile for economy seats of any airline program.
Virgin Atlantic has low miles requirement, but the taxes and fees are much much higher.

I booked blr to norway economy tickets for 19k miles + 3k taxes while revenue ticket was 50k.

I am currently looking at blr to boston tickets and virgin atlantic revenue ticket is 1.4L while i can get same ticket in 55k miles + 30k taxes. Even if I check other airlines for revenue ticket, the cheapest I can find is Air France at 1L with just 1 checkin luggage.
