Millennia Millennia Is it ACE now?

After ACE shock, it's time to bring my LFT HDFC Millennia from grave. Please suggest me the correct way to pay utility bill (with 5% cashback back, ignoring Rs. 99 +18% GST point redemption charge) through Amazon a) Buying AGV using Millennia and paying through AGV or b) Direct Bill payment using Millennia.

I didn't understand the significance of dates. Also, I didn't understand Visa and Diners thing. Also, why do people prefer smartbuy, rather than directly buying? And is ICICI Apay card almost as good as Millenia in terms of buying AGC except the cashback mode?

Significance of dates: Max 10k AGC can be bought from HDFC Smartbuy gyftr in a month, so next 10k you can buy only after 30 days.

Since card franchise is changed, Amazon will treat Diners as a new card (will not get detected as VISA since 20k AGC quota of VISA millenia is already done by me)

Hehe, for insurance of 1.05L some tikrambaji (tactics) should have to be done to purchase 1L worth AGC, there by purchasing has to be done through Smartbuy as well.
No doubt one can buy directly from Amazon itself (but due to limit concerns, one can't in such a short period of time)..

For buying AGC, ICICI Apay gives 2%, while Millenia gives 5%.

But all become void once you buy 20k AGC from one amazon account, CC option gets omitted to purchase further AGC from the same card & same Amazon account.

I tried 1000 Zomato GC in Amazon via Millennia CC on Apr29 and got only 1% cashback in today's statement so guess that 5% for GCs loophole is fixed now..

I checked the reward points it hasn't increased. Normally it would increase after a few days of transaction if your transaction was eligible for cashback

For millennia card rewards will increase after 1st or 2nd or 3rd of every month for the previous month's transaction.
For all the spends we did on September month , mostly we will get rewards update on 1st oct to 3rd mostly .

For millennia card rewards will increase after 1st or 2nd or 3rd of every month for the previous month's transaction.
For all the spends we did on September month , mostly we will get rewards update on 1st oct to 3rd mostly .
