Mobikwik error - pls help

Hi,

I loaded around 20K in my mobikwik wallet using amex card and additionally through my linked hdfc bank account. Now when I am trying to make payment to my landlord using pay rent and to his bank account, I keep getting below error

“The UPI system has declined this transaction due to security reasons. No more transaction attempts are allowed for this particular type of transaction.
Please retry after 24 hours. (Error: U16-1026)”

I am trying since past two days. Infact I am not able to transfer to any bank account. I tried sending 500 to my bank account and it was successful but when i tried 5000 it failed, even 1000 failed.

Please suggest what should i do ?

Whats the limit per month?

Not tried yet, but getting 2.9% charges, does it will remain same or they eventually increases charges once you use this method frequently?
