MobiKwik Kyc issue

For the first time am facing issue with KYC.
It's showing as Invalid Pan Status.
haven't faced any issues with PAN/KYC till now. Pan is active & Data is matching with Aadhar too.
Mobikwik cc didn't help either. Since around an year am facing the same issue.
Any resolution?

Interesting.. Have you mapped aadhar with pan.

Did you try using kyc with any other app like paytm, payzapp
 
Raise a Sr in support option to see if that would resolve your issue

As checked for the provided error, please ensure that you are entering the correct PAN card details to complete your wallet KYC. Further, you are requested to get the details updated on PAN card (same as on Adhar) with the respective authority as well as on NSDL (PAN website) in order to avoid this error and complete the process of KYC for your wallet account, In case the issue still persists, we request you to please contact NSDL for further assistance.
