Mobikwik reinvested P2P lenders' money without their consent

Unlike monthly once, why started credited these peanuts every other day?
Is this keep engaging in dilemma that we are receiving money? While they skipping some amount?

RBI will close complaint even if u sent evidence. Don't expect from RBI, we can get justice through consumer court and PIL. We have whatsapp groups of 600 victims, if you want to join us then please liaise all members and unite.
 
No updates on rbi ombudsman complaint yet it been more then 2 months.

Getting random small interest payment here and there.

Nobody is listening to customers, even RBI is closing everyone's complaint saying customers' are to be blamed.
Even in WhatsApp group nobody is even considering to go for a legal battle, all are just counting daily chillars given by Mobikwik😑😑

& now even their IPO is getting 7.3x subscription in just a single day despite many of us tweeted about #MobikwikScam.

I would like some guidance as to how to proceed with the case. As I have sent an email to the email I'd sent to me in the rbi ombudsman closure email but response form there.

Should I file a case from edakhil portal.

The problem part is I don't have the old agreement copy between me and mobikwik.

Also I would need to collect list of documents to prove they have breached trust and contract as they will argue they have done so because of rbi guidelines.

And rbi email says the they have rwpsond they changed it because they were working accordance to rbi rule.

The best option is to consult a good advocate and file a case in the consumer court. Affected individuals should consider filing the case together.
