Mobikwik wallet balance not showing in other apps

Have around 500 balance in mobikwik wallet from the 1% cc bill cb
The amt is showing correct in mobikwik, but in other apps like jio and zomato its showing 0.

i was hoping to do the 395 recharge for Jio from this balance, and that recharge is only available in jio app

If the payment is showing successful on MobiKwik side, then it guarantees no due would be levied.

If its still pending on MobiKwik side, they give max timeline of 3 days. During this time, either it'll get successful or you'll get the refund.

It is showing succesful on mobikwik app but payment not credited on the card yet.It is 2nd day running.

Need not to worry. For HDFC Visa cards, payment reflect after 3 days. But the payment date would be same when you paid the bill.

You can use your Mobikwik zip prepaid card which is linked with your wallet to recharge in MyJio app.

It is just a prepaid card. No relation to ZIP credit line. Don't worry about it.

I added 500 in Mobikwik wallet in the hope to recharge Paytm fastag with it. But wallet balance is not showing up while doing the recharge. Is this expected behaviour? What to do with 500 balance now? Will it show on other apps?
