Mobikwik wallet to merchant upi..

i have two questions regarding mobikwik..
1. can we use mobikwik wallet money to pay merchant upi's?
2. what is the charge for adding money in mobi wallet via prepaid card / credit cards?

mobikwik gives a 50 cashback on adding 15000 to wallet , how many time s can we add money in a month this way ?
TIDE is actually giving 3% cashback , offers differ every month , so check it carefully, in the mail received. the added 50 is an incentive in mobikwik because it brings the transaction cost down from 2.95% to 2.65% , only i dont know how many times we can add 15000 and use the code in a month , this is my first month , also there is nothing clear on MOBIKWIK app or web about monthly limits for wallet loading and wallet to bank transfer , so doubts there also
