My Airtel cc application was declined due to otp error and showing this error

I have pre-approved Airtel Axis cc offer on my family mobile number when I fill complete information of me and proceed for otp verification the page says you have entered incorrect OTP. after repeatedly entering correct OTP page says OTP is incorrect and after 3 unsuccessful attempts my application was declined. And showing reapply after 60 days.
My cc application was declined due to otp error but I had entered correct OTP registered with aadhar and pan card and even I check adhaar number by edit aadhar number option then also page says incorrect OTP
Please guys help me what should I do after 60 days for reapplying Airtel cc

Error in their system. Even if you complain, they're deaf.
