So a few months back I applied for IDFC credit card after receiving multiple emails from them, about a pre-approved offer:
1. A person visited my home for physical verification.
2. Received a call from CC about why my residential address and office address are in different locations. (WFH scenario)
3. For some reason, some other guy again came to my home for physical verification. When told that it was already done, he called his supervisor, confirmed it, and then simply left.
4. After a few days, received a rejection communication.
5. Now I am spam called regularly to apply for their card.
PS. Had 800+ CIBIL and cards with decent high limits from other banks already.
Is this level of service common with IDFC?
