My Zone LTF upgrade to Privelege PC

Currently I'm holding Axis My zone credit card with 2.75 lakhs limit lifetime free card now. I have an upgrade offer to Axis privelege pc credit card (joining fee: nil, Annual fee: 1500). So, what I have to do now? Can I upgrade or not or can use both by requesting customer care.. I'm not eligible for Magnus/Atlas now.
