1) Will I get 10x points or should I cancel the order?
2) If I cancel, will the 100% refund come to Payzapp wallet or Infinia card?

if it says "PAY*MYNTRA VIA Smartbuy Gurgaon H" in the credit card unbilled transactions, you'll get 5X in this month and 5x by next month.

if you cancel the order, you'll get your refund in the card itself. Payzapp wallet will never come into picture.

The 2nd transaction I did on Smartbuy and I got referred to the Myntra website.
OTP is for txn at MYNTRA DESI on HDFC Bank card ending xxxx. . Do not share OTP for security reasons.

Will I get 10x points for Myntra Desi?

it has to have smartbuy word in it. If it doesn't have, you'll not get the points.

I prefer doing all smartbuy transactions via payzapp. it has always worked for me, atleast.

Alright !
I just placed two separate orders on myntra and cancelled them now. One directly from chrome browser and paid using payzapp and other by opening myntra in payzapp and paid using payzapp. First transaction has 'WWWMYNTR9655017' as merchant name in Sms and 'PAY*WWW MYNTRA COM' in email while the second one has 'WWWMYNTR9579842' in Sms and 'MYNTRA VIA SMARTBUY' in email.
Obviously the second one will get accelerated points.
Now I have to cancel 6000 worth of clothes ordered.
Not sure how I got the first merchant charged when I placed my order the second way.

The best way to pay for anything on Payzapp is to pay via payzapp on payment page instead of entering card details there.

I got all my transactions showing Myntra via Smartbuy now.
I do them only on Payzapp.

I got the other transactions refunded
 
Hi can someone tell me how I can check the reward points by transaction on my infinia to verify if 5x myntra rewards have already been credited as lots of users mentioned that they have checked but on HDFC smartbuy website I am unable to see a breakdown or credit history of my Infinia RP

HDFC has a very shitty system to track points. You can see your current points on the portal and then post 3/4 days of transaction, you will see a increase in the those points. The exact breakdown you only get once the statement has generated.

Thanks yes that's what I thought and have been using but just wanted to ensure I am not missing something obvious

You need to keep a track of the existing points (on excel or calendar entry) and see by how much they go up.
the difference in points will tell you your answer.

I keep track of Smartbuy 5x and 10x points by calendar entry.
 
I am unable to use HDFC Infinia credit card on myntra(directed thru smartbuy)..

Error message says that this card is not enabled for smartbuy. Although I used the same infinia card for pharmeasy (thru smartbuy)
