Myntra Birthday Blast, Earn 10X Points on SmartBuy or PayZapp (HDFC Cards)

seems like hdfc reversed the 5x points which they have credited(after 3to4 days of buying gold coin ) as part myntra 10x offer...till 2days back they were visible..now total points came down all of a sudden(thinking they have reversed which were almost equivalent to 5x offer)...sad part is gold coin is delivered which cannot be returned now..can somebody confirm whether same thing happened to anyone else or am I missing something here?

I did my transaction on 2nd March and got 5x points which have not been reversed yet. Are you sure the reversed points are from your gold transaction only?

what merchant name shows in your unbilled transaction?

I am unable to use HDFC Infinia credit card on myntra(directed thru smartbuy)..

Error message says that this card is not enabled for smartbuy. Although I used the same infinia card for pharmeasy (thru smartbuy)

I did my transaction on 2nd March and got 5x points which have not been reversed yet. Are you sure the reversed points are from your gold transaction only?

merchant name is PAY*MYNTRA VIA SMARTBU GURGAON H .... I cannot say 100% that its due to reversal of 5gms gold coin 5x only...as I have ordered 10gm earlier to 5gm purchase and cancelled it..they were also credited (points then became 57000 to 73000 )..later i ordered 5gm coin ...for this also points should be credited...so finally they were shown as 66000 ( means fell from 73000 to 66000) so thought that after 5x addition of 5gms the final points were 66000 .. now they fell down to 61000 ....so bit of confusion exists for me.

put everything in chatgpt and ask for discrepancies. All smartbuy transactions this month, tell it that 15K is the max limit for accelerated 4X points. I'm pretty sure everything will resolve to normal post statement generation.

put everything in chatgpt and ask for discrepancies. All smartbuy transactions this month, tell it that 15K is the max limit for accelerated 4X points. I'm pretty sure everything will resolve to normal post statement generation.

the thing is 5x points of last month transactions after statement generation also will be credited in this month..i did buy vouchers from smartbuy in last month after statement generation. so they also might have been credited..can't really figure out what has happened till this month statement generation...can't do anything except being optimistic.... 😀

5x points will come in 4 days and the balance 5x will come within 90 days in June.
So your June statement will show it as March 2025 5x points
