Any chance you might have hit monthly smartbuy capping that you didn't get those 75 points?

Monthly limit is not exceeded neither for December month nor January month. 2500 is daily cap but I don't know for what reason it is related to daily cap as all txns were done on different days.

Also I have noticed few more abnormalities in this month's statement
1) I received 1 RP under "Retail Spends Greater 50k" along with 1 RP under DB Monthly Benefit as I completed 80k milestone but seen Retail Spend one first time.
2) I haven't received Base RP for a txn done using Add On on 18th Jan

Should I write an email to diners premium card support? As they might notice excess RPs then 😂

2500 is limit of DCB per day.

My statement got generated today and while in previous month statement the bonus points were deducted for cancelled transaction but in this month's statement I have got more points in Dec 5x bonus than I should have got and it is exactly 2500 so I think I have got points for cancelled txn also.

Yes looks like you got points for cancelled txn, but since 90 days are not over keep your fingers crossed.
