Myntra not delivered or cancelled my order (1gm mia gold coin) for last 2months

Hi Guys,

I placed order on Jun1st.. As its not delivered till 25th Jun, I tried replacement option on june 27th.. that also not delivered.. I requested for cancellation on 28th.. that is also not cancelled so far!

I have contacted customer care about 20times.. I sent mail to [email protected], [email protected], No use. I sent twitter DM, they are just dummy bots.

As I dont see way to get hold of them to fix it, I posted in NCH, then I got call from one case manager on July 14th, asked me to wait for couple of days. Its been 15days, no reply yet.

Overall its almost 2months, no delivery, no update, no cancellation.
is it the time to file case in consumer court?

Any other way to get hold of them to solve this?

Replacement not moved inch.

Original order was in packed state for 25days and still same!

Finally they cancelled and returned my money back (no compensation though). Thank you everyone!

Same happened with me but it's Mia by Tanishq SILVER COIN it's packed as per expected date, blue dart tracking ID generated but not shipped for almost 5 days then on promised delivery date i decided to cancel the order suprisingly the order shows we trying to cancel the order for almost 6 hours then I called myntra CC they cancelled the order and initiated refund,now waiting for refund to credit into my account.
