Need a suggestion for a good alternative credit card

So I tried this Pixel Credit card and it doesn't look like the customer support is going to improve on this which is a shame because I really would have wanted to keep using the card as the value meets my needs especially since I can redeem the cashback earned and use it for other things via the payzapp wallet.

But again the customer support being poor is making me want to close it because if the support is this bad, I don't want to imagine what would happen if the worst were to happen for my Pixel card.

So I'm thinking of getting an alternative. If I can't get something like Pixel Card which gives you cashback that you can use for any purchase balance, then I guess I'm fine with credit cards that give cashback against card statement.

Suggestions would be nice. I have APay credit card already and Jupiter card too(which I think is getting an upgrade).

Online. Most cases Swiggy amazon and zomato.

Any cards that are similar to pixel where cashback isn't credited on card statement?

EDIT: Ok I have decided to keep my Pixel Credit cards. I would like to know that if I get the HDFC Swiggy Card, does it act as a floater or a new card with credit limit?
