Need compensation for delivery refund

I all members please someone help me to get compensation for delay refund received in indus debit card 1710rs of refund was initiated from big basket to indus debit card account was pioneer on 4th October 2025 and I had received refund on 3rd December ,now I want to take compensation from bank for this delay can somebody help me with required information which I have to do now to get compensation as per RBI policy I am new here so I am posting it I am thankful in advance who can help me with this step by step i don't know now what to do and how to get compensation,and how much we have to demand etc thanks in advance to help me please

Generally the rule says that 100 per day compensation after T+5 days but thats in the case of failed txns

I don't think there is any compensation for refund delays but still you can write them a strict mail to give compensation since its quite a period for which they held your money.

Not sure if compensation here in this case is possible via RBI. You can write an email as mentioned by @kuchbhi. If the delay is from the merchant side (big basket) RBI won't be of much help or even a complaint. I cannot say I had a same case but it was a similar case, but in certain transactions bank refunds the money once they receive it from the merchant (like in mine)
