Using them at any small vendor like food places etc.. where they don't accept credit cards

Also using Rupay CC UPI to pay simpl bills

Me too. Not for simpl repayment but at most offline merchant QRs.

I guess due to MDR charges and most of them uses savings account linked with the qr
