Hi all, Wanted to get SBI BPCL octane card. went to my local sbi branch, the person there applied via some app in her phone, i got a cibil hit and told me the PIN code i gave as current residence is blacklisted so i cant get. after that she tried through my yono app it didnt go through. i am not able to process throough the sbi sprint also. pls could someone guide me to an agent or a way to get it. i have a very healthy cibil and good IT returns(salaried).
