NEED HELP ! Regarding an Experience with TravelXP

Hello Everyone,
I booked a flight for TravelXp on 7th March for 14th March travel date. Now , after my payment was done through my card, I received a email of transaction failure, Upon checking it and reconfirming it immediately from their website which didn't load at that moment. I proceeded to book the tickets through other OTA right away to avoid fare increases, and was expecting a refund after a few days of doing the transaction

I got occupied in some other work and it came to my notice that the refund was not processed , I emailed them back on 28th March requesting a full refund into the matter, when I came to know even TravelXP had booked those tickets from their backend and sent me on my Whatsapp on 7th March roughly after 1-2 hours of the transaction failure, which I didnt notice / overlooked untill they specifically mentioned on their email. I have been doing back and forth with them requesting refund for the same due to it being miscommunication on their part however they have declined to provide a full refund. The transaction amount was around 6000. I am looking for ways / suggestions and even your opinions and stance whether I stand right or wrong in this scenario.

Travel was done on the booked through other OTA meanwhile it was no show for TravelXP ticket. I am looking for full refund for the negligence in their part in communicating. After communicating that I will take legal actions , The final mail received from their end -
