Need Help Submitting Documents for HSBC Visa Platinum Credit Card Reprocessing

I received an email from HSBC regarding my Visa Platinum Credit Card application. It was rejected due to insufficient/inadequate documentation. They mentioned that the application could be reprocessed if I provided the required documents.

Could someone please guide me on how to proceed with submitting the documents?

You will recieve a call from hsbc bank within a week if you are eligible.
Salaried personal with annual salary of 6Lpa is eligible as of now in hsbc

it's been more than 7 days. not received any call. also dropped an email to
cardsupport@hsbc.co.in
complaints.india@hsbc.co.in
pnohsbcbank@hsbc.co.in
not getting any response
also unable to speak with customer executive. first they ask to enter DOB. then mobile number. and tnen said we didn't get any form

This is a ommon email that they send to those whom they are not willing to provide the credit card. HSBC also has a totally different eligibility criteria. The area pin code from which an HSBC card holder defaults then the pin code is blacklisted and any other person applying from the same pin code will unfortunately never get the card no matter how much credit worthy that person is. This is so wierd.

oh. then why even they are allowing to apply. unnecessary CIBIL hit. since 31st dec i am trying to reachout to HSBC via emails and calls. everytime i call they said you will get a call within 48 hours. but i didn't receive any.

i am going to complain to RBIO

i have escalated this to higher authority. they said your office is in mumbai. and your current address is not in mumbai. basically i am temporary working from home. i tried a lot. they said you need to re apply with the current address as mumbai only. your current application can't be reprocessed.
