Need help with refund

Was convinced by a executive for taking a club mahindra membership but cancelled 2 days later after knowing the truth. The mahindra guy's said that it will take 90 days to give refund but my card payment is on 12th. I dont want to give 40k for a cancelled membership. What should I do?

I learnt that only dates in off-season can be booked or else you can only go for 2 days holidays in a year. I also learnt that they compensate for more than the membership by hiking the food prices to ridiculous amounts and prohibit outside food.

I tried but club mahindra are arguing that it is their policy and sbi is saying that I can only depend on mahindra for refund.

is correct as the refund should initiate from source and read the mahindra tnc if it says that no refund is given then you cant do anything
