Try Union Bank of India, Salary Account Scheme USSA-II & USSA-III, They Provide Free Insurance as Well as Rupay Select Debit Card (All Select Benefits) for No Cost. (Personally Holding UBI Salary Account USSA-III)

DBS Digibank savings account

Was honna advice Axis or HDFC, but you already hold both the accounts
Other big player could be ICICI, but is pretty much useless
