2. Do we need to select multi city or just roundtrip ?
3. Also is it available on revenue tickets as well or just award tickets ?

But based on my research, you can explore Singapore Airlines's Kris Flyer program for flight. They also run some monthly promotions called KF Escapes where you cab get a good deal.
