I have 3 months Tata neu pluscc ltf how can I upgrade to Tata neu infinity ltf

Applied through Tata Neu App only, no relation with HDFC ever

What's the limit of your existing hdfc credit card?

Yes, its available only FYF. Take it, use for 1 year and 2 months before renewal ask them to convert it to LTF saying that many ppl around you have gotten it LTF and if they don't then simply close the card.

i mailed them in multiple email
how far i remember they rejected one of my request
and accepted other

I got LE almost after 2 months.. they kept on giving new dates for 2 months and then finally took decision to provide LE.
😀😀

So you have to keep patience with them..

I was behind them for card upgrade..
Before upgrade hdfc offered LE so that they can review card upgrade after LE..

So everything was over emails.. they asked income proofs in multiple iterations.. like first ITR, then salary slips then salary account statement..

Finally LE was done..

i’ve been getting the email from 1 month … whenever the date comes they send a new mail and say they are postponing the decision and give again a waiting time for next 1-2 weeks

and is itr mandatory.. i’m salaried ??

All in all it took around 2 months in getting LE and now again things will start for card upgrade...
