Need to recover 1261 form hdfc bank

I had a no cost emi for 1.18 lks for 9 months , i was told only processing fees of 199 + gst will be deducted now i am see gst every month on the interest amount !!
Any way to get the 1261 back from the bank ?

nope. No cost emi isn't really no cost emi. You pay the gst out of pocket

Interest amount is always excluding gst.
It cannot be reversed.
U would have received one document mentioned LOAN AMORTIZATION SCHEDULE, there it is clearly written that interest amt is excluding gst@18%, and it cannot be reversed back.

Its standard any interest on CC will attract 18% GST.
hence no cost emi cost = processing fee+ gst and Sum total of GST on interest.

tnc dhokha khane ke baad hi padhta hai har koi... but there is no way to recover this amount. It is clearly written in their tnc..

Yupp. Let me tell you mine story.

I took HDFC Jumbo loan for which no gst is getting deducted from interest amount, on the other hand the same is being deducted for INSTA LOAN. Although gst deduction is mentioned in both loan products

Why to Opt for CC based loans? There are creditines available with INDIE and IDFC their interest and Forclosure charges both will be much better than CC.

CC is basically for rewards and not for EMIs or Loans (Personal Finance 101).

You can easily recover it from millennia dc inside three months as 400/month dihadi…
