Coins (and any other RP/cashback) are usually never given in decimals by any card, there’s always a rounding applied, usually a floor function. But Tata Neu uses a ceiling function. Given that’s the case, you can do the math for what’s the minimum spend for which you’ll earn a coin for UPI. (Hint: It’s in the low 30s.)

If it's floor - I'm missing 4 neucoins, if it's ceil - I'm missing 24 neu coins - all for UPI. This is irritating.

For me its calculated correct. My all spends were UPI and the floor of 1.5% of total amount of purchase is shown as neucoins summary.

My Statement date is 23rd of the month. Haven't received Neu Coins for August. When will they be credited? Can't see any fresh card related credit this month.

My Neu Account got blocked twice without any notice. They keep it blocked for a month. Now, I just spent Neu coins as soon I get them.
