During a recent discussion with a manager of credit cards on phone banking, it was informed that HDFC cards division in Chennai has shifted to a new location. Going forward we should send courier to this new address for requests/applications related to Upgrade and Limit Enhancement.

Door No. 94 SP, Estate Bus Stand,

Can anyone confirm, do we need to send Bank statement as well or just the salary slip to this Chennai address for limit increase? The salary account is in HDFC only.

It's a random process and gets finalized by lottery system. If ur name comes up in Lottery you can do the same through email, but if not then you have to send self attested to Chennai (they might update new address)

With the recent discussions with Customer Care, I was asked to submit following documents.
This could be most ideal way to send application to Chennai.

1. Write a covering letter (optional).
2. Fill the form (ensure to fill the latest form. Every form has month/year mentioned on it).
3. Attach last 3 months salary slips (even if you have salary account with HDFC, still do it).
4. Bank statement (incase of Salary account is in another bank).
5. Aadhar copy

All documents need to be self-signed.
Also keep pictures of all documents, incase a need arises in future.

Edited NOTE: My Millennia card was upgraded to DCB Metal through the application having above documents.
