If the error appears before entering vehicle details, then something at amazon might be causing it. Connect with amazon CS.
If the error appears after providing vehicle details, then ICICI is the one causing it. Connect with ICICI CS.
As per the message, it seems that you might be entering vehicle details, so ICICI has some reference active with your vehicle.

I ordered a fast tag from amazon link. I got the ICICI fast tag. It has its own portal and its balance. I am still not sure if its amazon icici fast tag or just normal icici fastag, I see this in amazon pay when I click on fastag. I also recharged it from park+ and it added to the ICICI balance. If the ICICI balance runs out will it use the APAY wallet balance???
It is a normal ICICI fastag only with ICICI wallet. It will not take directly from Apay wallet. You will need to do recharge. Although you will get 1% cashback on toll payments in Apay wallet.
When did you order this fastag?

The toll is paid from amazon pay wallet (gift card + money) in FIFO manner, means if the GC amount is expiring first , it will be used first for paying the tolls (confirmed this weekend by using at 5 toll plazas)
Can this Fastag be used for fuel payment? Has anyone tried?

I ordered it in February this was the screen from which I ordered it. I don't know how it became an ICICI only wallet and not an APAY-wallet linked fastag. :|
New and Amazon Pay linked fastag was rolled out effective 15th March. All applications post 15th march are different and deducts toll from Apay wallet directly. Fastags applied before that date are normal ICICI wallet linked fastags.I ordered it in February this was the screen from which I ordered it. Advantage of old fastags is that they can be used for Fuel at HPCL pumps, where as new fastags can't be used. If you want new version, close the old fastag and re apply again via Amazon app
P.S: I applied on 12th March and got old version. However I am keeping it since I plan to use it for Fuel purchase in future

yeah too much of a hassle getting a new one. this one was already a replacement for the paytm one I had. Will recharge via park+ or something. Not much expenses on it anyway in hyderabad 🙂

Yes. Tried. I get invalid credentials even though i enter correct password. I tried with mobile number with OTP, it just says Login Failed.
Unable to connect to customer care as well.
