Axis Atlas New Axis Atlas Card - Not working online because <contact details are not available with the bank for online transactions>

I just received my new Axis Atlas credit card and when on trying to use it online for testing and completing the requirement for welcome bonus the card is not working.
I have activated it and enabled it for online transactions but keep getting the below error in screenshot.

Has anyone ever faces this issue with any card of Axis or other bank ?

I got all other OTPs and tracking information etc on my mobile and the card got auto linked to my axis mobile app which already has 2 cards linked - Magnus and Vistara Infinite.

Yet to call customer care and try it offline. Will update thread with more details.

BTW, use the search option and search error messages on this forum before creating unnecessary threads.

Same happened with me for magnus card. Customer care resolved this issue in 1 day. But i am also not able to access travel edge, grab deal and edge rewards portal.

Same for my Samsung Infinite card. I already have magnus and bank account with them.

Normally it resolves after 1 day of activation.

Genius at the call said that sir in our system everything is fine from our end, kindly visit branch..
One of the reason HDFC, ICICI cards are much more better.

tell otp not generating contact details are not updated. tell them to create a SR request they will raise the complaint
