New Axis Magnus Card: Rewards points not credited

Hello Everyone:

I received my new Axis Magnus card on Sep 13th. I made some transactions on the card and the first bill was generated on Sep 18th. However, in the card statement the reward points section is blank. I have checked the Edge Rewards portal as well. It is not showing any recent credit of points. I have called Axis CC few times, they keep saying I need to wait 12 working days for the points to be credited. Is it normal? Because as per my experience with other cards, reward points for the billing cycle get credited as soon as the statement is generated. Does Axis follow another approach?

Secondly, I got a SMS for welcome voucher on Sep 16th. I am trying to redeem it on the thriwe website but it keeps giving errors: "Please enter registered mobile number". I raised a compliant with the concierge desk a week ago but no update since then. Is this normal for Axis?

Please advise.

Login to the thriwe portal has been solved by CC. However, still unable to claim the voucher. Now, time for another SR.
No edge points have been credited for any of the transactions (worth more than 75K) that I have done till now. All these transactions are for shopping, flight and restaurant dining.

it seems known issue happening with many people. the concierge person told me this on phone itself that if i face this issue, send screenshot to them, and I did face this issue!!
 
Am facing same issue after lot of escalation i got points for transactions done on august now for all the transaction done in September i have not got single point am fed with the support 🙁 feel like did mistake by taking magnus. Even today all my SR are open with Axis
 
Facing same issue after it was working seamlessly before. Have contacted their CC in Twitter, let’s see what they come up with.

The fear is a devaluation in Airmiles redemption when our points are stuck in limbo!
