this is not the way you check for award flights. You are using cash + points option.I just came to know that the conversion rate to Vistara is horrible. 18K cv points = 5500Rs flight ticket. Isn't a multi-brand voucher redemption (1ER = 0.4RS) better than Vistara? Or am I going wrong here?
18K points are required for businesses class and not economy.I just came to know that the conversion rate to Vistara is horrible. 18K cv points = 5500Rs flight ticket. Isn't a multi-brand voucher redemption (1ER = 0.4RS) better than Vistara? Or am I going wrong here?
But I live near Delhi. It's very costly from Delhi to Bengaluru 🙁check rates from Coimboitare. They are cheaper
Domestic CV gives a good value of 80-100ps.
How? ?????
Ah got it. I was checking Points + cash option, my bad.View attachment 20366
This is how the redemption page with CV points should look like,
Round trip Revenue ticket with vistara same dates same route Delhi-Blr is
Total INR11,578
Air Fare
INR9,300
Taxes and Fees
INR1,978
and Round trip CV points is 15000+1514 taxes
So if we minus taxes from revenue ticket to compare direct Revenue vs CV we get 11578-1514=10064 So 15000CV point =10064 in this case
Value 10064/15000*100=67.09Ps per cv point

It is the base/minimum requirement, as the airline industry is dynamic so you may expect the hike accordingly.
But generally if you are booking 1-1.5 months in advance then you may get it at the lowest levels as what I have experienced.
For 2-3 months advance bookings, for sure you will get lowest.
