On imobile, you can get full report also. I see horizontally scrollable cards at top. Last one is view cibil score. That has button Report. On clicking that and following directions from there, I can see complete cibil report.

Tried logging in got CIBIL report under CIBIL Health section. No hit till now, checked and refreshed CIBIL app after checking in ICICI.
