I have a NiyoX Debit Card and trying to use this card for International transactions from point of sale machine in Thailand & Cambodia, but it is not working
Any idea, Why my NiyoX Debit Card not working on International POS machine in Thailand and Cambodia?
Attached, screenshot of error message received from point of sale machines in Thailand, and card settings for international transactions. The whole purpose of NiyoX card was to use for intl transaction but it's not working as required
Even after enabling the International POS transaction settings, my NiyoX Debit Card is not getting honored at merchant's point of sale machines in Thailand and Cambodia, when they initiated transaction debit in local currency (Thai Bhat). As always, the niyo or equitas bank are not being transparent enough to highlight or address the issue with the real reason, they just dodge the question by saying to try with other merchant or check txn limits
However, I'm am able to transact using NiyoX Debit Card via online/Ecom transactions but not from point of sale machines in Thailand
