No Axis points/miles since 20 April

drsel

TF Prestige
Axis Magnus Burgundy points and Atlas miles have not come since 20 April.
But Burgundy debit card points came after just one day.

Customer care say now they changed the rules--
Atlas miles will be given after 12 days
Magnus Burgundy points will be given after 15 days.
Grab deals 4x bonus points will come after 90 to 120 days, but how to keep a track of these after 3 to 4 months???

Has anyone received points for Magnus Burgundy or Atlas in the last 10 days.?

I have complained, no reply yet
AS someone told in this forum previously, you need to loose something to gain something....in axis case, you need to loose some time, peace of mind to earn some accor points which have no intrinsic value other than to burn to stay in a hotel often one have to as he have accumulated so much points

What is worst in AXIS M4B
1) High criteria and High fees
2) Do not have any annual renewal benefit or welcome benefit
3) Very Very worst customer service
4) Unpredictable service
But but the worst is (true for any other axis premium cards)
There is no option to convert the points into statement credit or buy amazon etc voucher Like others (HDFC, AMEX,SBI)
You are forced to make expenditure on things which is not absolute necessary for all the time

All four <= 5:4 & 14% return on >1.5l & travel edge.

You will always find people going for these benefit even if worse than this until you get a cc with much better benefits than this

people will decide as per his own wish and his own preference and criteria
but we must be open and clear when we promote a card...
we should not tell that 14% return...
We must tell (like you) 14% over 1.5L and this 14% is only in terms of points, no other options are there

My Final conclusion:
These Axis Cards can never never be termed as best cards overall
but
it can be termed as best card for Accor hotel stays

But it is true that
If anyone do expenditure of 5L in a year in traveledge and lets say he gets the point without much hassle
Then he will get 1.2L of accor point which worth around 2L
hence, ultimately doing 5L expenditure on traveledge, you are getting 2L worth of accor stay
You can book the Suite room and enjoy luxury
In this respect, I think no other card In the whole world (Am I exaggerating If I tell like that..I think no) can match that...
and that's the real strength of M4B..
Those who have LTF, it is really really magical and unbelievable...

But as I told, this can not cater to everyone...it is for special needs and special (high spend) peoples...
It is a kind of niche card...

I personally can consider this when it will fit to my spends (giving away 36K fees and 30L low earning money lying) as for high spend you can recover that...but for moderate spend, ultimately you may not get that value...

That is the end of my rant...
