Axis Atlas No edge miles since 20th Jan

Has anyone received edge miles on Axis Atlas since 20th Jan. I’ve done multiple transactions but haven’t received any miles, earlier used to get in 2-3 days.

Did you ask them the year?

PS: See how smartly they didnt put anything in writing (not that even written word from axis carries any weight). I wont be surprised if this lingers on till diwali
Bhai i raised complaint on pno for milestone miles being locked. Thankfully issue was resolved by itself so I thought I would inform them that issue is resolved.
In turn they replied that issue will be resolved by 31st July even when I specifically stated that the “issue has been resolved for me and i was able to successfully transfer the miles so they can close the request”
But idk what maal they been smokin. Didn’t expect pno to be as equally incompetent as their general support!

I got a call from them it will be resolved in a week..but within 30 mins it got resolved
 
They keep giving some new date whenever one calls. They themselves don't know when will they credit. They are simply buying time. Something might be broken technically at their end, otherwise there is no point of delaying it so much

When your issue is resolved, you should not contact them.
they will think that you are complaining again
 
The delay is due to Citibank migration.
Citibank is a major foreign bank.

If Axis buys out another major foreign bank like Stanchart / American express in India, then all Stanchart / Amex cards will be migrated to Axis and the same delays will be repeated
