Bhai i raised complaint on pno for milestone miles being locked. Thankfully issue was resolved by itself so I thought I would inform them that issue is resolved.
Did you ask them the year?
PS: See how smartly they didnt put anything in writing (not that even written word from axis carries any weight). I wont be surprised if this lingers on till diwali

In turn they replied that issue will be resolved by 31st July even when I specifically stated that the “issue has been resolved for me and i was able to successfully transfer the miles so they can close the request”
