Axis Atlas No edge miles since 20th Jan

Has anyone received edge miles on Axis Atlas since 20th Jan. I’ve done multiple transactions but haven’t received any miles, earlier used to get in 2-3 days.

I got my Atlas card on 31st Jan. Have made spends worth 50K since then. I have neither received the welcome bonus nor ERs.

I think something wrong is happening just for you. Credit card bills are getting generated as usual. Got generated for me yesterday.

Same issue here. Spoke with cc on call to which they replied that it’s due to some technical issue which should be resolved by 25th Feb. Let’s see what happens

recently upgraded card from My Zone to Privilege card after paying annual fees and made 1st transection, 12500 edge rewards has to receive but note received since 9th Jan.. 2024 and for my Atlas card also no miles rewards credited and talk to CC, they are saying will get credited by 25th Feb. Daily checking still no response....

I have total two transaction on Magnus, but I got only 1 transaction rewards yesterday, 2nd transaction reward is still not credited.

I have two transaction on Atlas, I got milestone edge miles 2500, but I did not get neither of transaction's edge miles yet.

Got the Edge Reward points that were reversed end last month for a transaction on IOCL card in January recredited today. Haven't received any other points or Miles.
