Axis Atlas No edge miles since 20th Jan

Has anyone received edge miles on Axis Atlas since 20th Jan. I’ve done multiple transactions but haven’t received any miles, earlier used to get in 2-3 days.

Probably mass reporting to RBI ombudsman ? I remember there being penalty on CC cancellation, should be similar penalty in delay of promised rewards, their official timeline states 5-7 days for credit I believe ?

I just not Atlas Axis as an add on card last month. When do we normally get the joining bonus of 5000 miles ? Even I have not been getting miles since getting the card for this entire month ?

Also one more question as a side note - if I transfer to Accor what is the transfer rate ?

What can we do? Under which head shall the complaint be filed for BO?
Also these guys have the audacity to ask for feedback on call about how was my service experience inspite of providing zero resolution to the existing problem!

I've not received edge miles after 25th Jan, CC said it would be processed after 25th Feb ..still waiting.

Same old status eta of 5 working days…is axis really counting its days with this kind of pathetic credit card service…i beleive hdfc and amex are way better conpared to axis nowadays

I am unable to track how axis has calculated these points there is no calculation available as to which transactions have earned points and which have not
is there something i am missing here

For me points are credited for transactions done till 6th Feb till now.... I guess the process has started. Points will come in now in a day or so
